Our Property team has been entrusted by several lead Syndicates at Lloyd’s to deploy capacity during this tumultuous time, allowing us to demonstrate our discipline and expertise in selection pricing, and aggregate management.

  • When Representations and Warranties exposures in healthcare transactions were increasingly challenging to place, Ethos Specialty invested in the resources to understand the risks and solve an industry-wide problem, including hiring healthcare experts to augment our in-house expertise. By developing and executing on this disciplined, knowledgeable strategy, Ethos Specialty’s program is now the go-to solution for Representations and Warranties coverage in the healthcare industry.
  • When liability insurance was scarce for New York contractors, we leveraged IoT capabilities and risk management solutions to attract third-party capital and add capacity where there was a critical need. This program, now in its fifth year, consistently produces positive results in a notoriously challenging market segment.
