Chicago, Illinois, November 28, 2023 — Ethos Specialty, a leading provider of specialty insurance solutions, is proud to announce the appointment of Tayler Marshall as the Vice President of Clean Tech. In her new role, Tayler will spearhead Ethos Specialty’s casualty underwriting and production efforts for the rapidly expanding Clean Tech program.

Tayler Marshall officially assumed her position today, and her base of operations will be in Chicago. Her extensive experience in the insurance industry makes her a valuable addition to the Ethos Specialty team. Prior to joining Ethos, Tayler served as the leader of an underwriting team focused on product liability at Tokio Marine HCC. Before that, she held the position of Excess Casualty underwriter and contributed significantly to the success of the team.

Tayler’s career journey also includes roles at Great American Insurance Group, where she began as a property claims adjuster. She later transitioned into property and casualty underwriting, specializing in captive and program business within the Alternative Markets division. Her dedication and expertise led her to an excess and surplus (E&S) casualty underwriting role in their Risk Solutions division.

Tayler holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Nevada and has pursued advanced education with a Master’s Degree in Communications from the University of Denver. Additionally, she earned a Master’s in Human Resource Development from Xavier University. “We are thrilled to welcome Tayler Marshall to the Ethos Specialty team as our new VP, Clean Tech.
