Ethos Specialty appoints Leah Ohodnicki as Executive Vice President, Strategic Partnerships

Ascot today announces the appointment of Leah Ohodnicki as Executive Vice President, Strategic Partnerships for Ethos Specialty; the group’s wholly owned MGU.

In this role, Leah will oversee the management and enhancement of key capital partner and broker relationships, identify and execute on corporate growth opportunities, and drive new program development.

Leah comes to Ethos Specialty from Argo Group, where she was Senior Vice President, Head of Specialty Programs. There, Leah led the strategy for Argo’s programs portfolio and led the development, diligence process and launch of new program opportunities. Prior to joining Argo, Leah also spent nearly a decade at Marsh in various senior marketing and business development roles, where she played an integral role in the development of the organization’s national marketing and sales strategy.

Jonathan Legge, who formally held the role of Executive Vice President, Strategic Partnerships, will transition into a new position at Ethos Specialty as Executive Vice President, Financial Products. In this role, he will lead the development of new programs, including insurance solutions related to private capital funds and managers.
